Your Client Care Letter at offer acceptance
Borderless is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). When you accept a sponsorship offer, you will now see a Client Care Letter written for your case, in place of the previous generic document.
The letter sets out:
Who is responsible for your case and how to contact us
Your immigration status and visa route
Who pays which costs
How to make a complaint
How long we keep your records
You sign the letter as part of accepting your offer. No application is submitted until you have signed. A copy is emailed to you, and you can download it at any time.
Closing letters when your case concludes
When your case reaches a decision, you will receive a closing letter attached to the email we already send at that stage, and you can view and acknowledge it in the app.
If your visa is granted, the letter confirms your visa start and expiry dates and your next steps.
If your visa is refused, the letter confirms the reason and points you to the options available to you.
What you need to do
Nothing changes for you beyond signing the Client Care Letter when you accept your offer. Your signed letter and any closing letters stay available for you to view and download.
