📧 Step 1: Receive the Offer Email
When your employer submits a sponsorship offer, you’ll get an email invitation from Borderless.
This email contains the details of your offer and a link to log in to the platform for the first time.
🔐 Step 2: Log In Using Your Email and OTP
Click the link in the email to go to the login page.
Enter your email address, then check your inbox for a one-time password (OTP) to complete the login process.
📋 Step 3: Review Your Sponsorship Offer
Once logged in, you'll see your available offers on the Offers screen.
Review the details carefully.
✍️ Step 4: Accept and Sign the Offer
Click Accept on the offer you want to confirm.
You will be prompted to sign the sponsorship letter electronically via DocuSign.
After signing, return to the app and click Accept again to finalise.
✅ Next Steps
Once accepted, your sponsorship process will continue with your employer and the Borderless team supporting you throughout.
