📩 Step 1: Receive the Offer Email
When your employer submits a sponsorship offer, you will receive an email invitation from Borderless. The email includes:
Details of your offer
A link to access the candidate portal
🔐 Didn’t Receive the Email?
If you haven’t received the offer email, you can still access your account:
Go to the Borderless candidate portal.
Enter your email address.
Check your email inbox for a one-time password (OTP).
Use the OTP to log in to Borderless.
Once logged in, you can view and accept your sponsorship offer directly from the portal.
📋 Step 2: Review Your Offer
After logging in, go to the Offers screen.
Carefully review the details of your sponsorship offer.
✍️ Step 3: Accept and Sign
Click Accept on the offer.
You will be prompted to sign the sponsorship letter electronically via DocuSign.
After signing, return to the portal and click Accept again to finalise.

Once accepted, your sponsorship process will continue with your employer and the Borderless team supporting you throughout.
