ℹ️ What IAA Level 1 Means
Borderless is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), the UK regulator of immigration advice, at Level 1 (Advice and Assistance). Level 1 covers straightforward applications such as sponsored work visas and sponsor licences. It does not cover complex or discretionary cases, or cases involving adverse immigration history.
