Halo gives you one place to see and fix your workforce's sponsor compliance. You get an overall compliance score, a breakdown across every document and data check for each sponsored worker, documents expiring soon, and your CoS allocation. Click into any section to see exactly which workers need attention and fix issues on the spot. You can also look ahead to see how your compliance will change at a future date.

Find it in the sidebar under Halo. Halo is included on Pro and Expert plans, and Starter accounts can preview it with their own data.

Most changes to a sponsored worker must be reported to the Home Office within 10 working days. Borderless now tracks that for you. When you mark a sponsored worker as a leaver or change their salary or weekly hours, we flag it and prompt you to report there and then, with the details pre-filled.

Not ready? Choose Report later and the change stays visible in Halo with its deadline, so nothing slips through. You can also dismiss a flagged change with a reason if it does not need reporting. Every deadline counts 10 working days from the date the change happened, skipping weekends and bank holidays, so a change recorded late can already show as overdue.

You stay in control: nothing is ever sent without your confirmation, and reporting status never affects your compliance score.
