We've replaced the four separate navigation sections with a single Cases page. From here you can see all your open Sponsorships, CoS Requests, Sponsor Licences, and Changes of Circumstance in one table, filtered by tabs. Each tab shows the columns most relevant to that case type – including visa expiry dates and deadlines, colour-coded amber and red as they approach. Clicking any row takes you straight to the full case record. You can also start a new case from the page using the Create button.

A panel at the top of the Cases page now appears whenever any of your cases need your attention. It lists every outstanding action across all case types, shows you exactly what is needed, and links you directly to the relevant record. You no longer need to open individual cases to find out what is outstanding – the panel does this for you. When an action is resolved by our team, the entry clears from the panel automatically, without you needing to reload the page.

A feed on the Cases page shows the last 30 days of status changes across all your cases, in reverse chronological order. Items that have been updated since your last visit are highlighted with an orange dot, so you can immediately see what has changed. If more than ten events have occurred, a View All Activity link appears at the bottom of the feed.

If you have bookmarked any of the previous case-type pages, those links will continue to work. They now redirect automatically to the correct tab within Cases.
