Meet Iris on your sponsor licence form
When you open a sponsor licence form, you will see an "Ask Iris about this form" bar at the top of the page. Click it or type a question, and a panel opens beside the form so you can read the answer while looking at the fields it refers to.
Iris knows which section you are on and what you have already filled in, so the help is specific to your situation rather than generic.
What Iris can do
Explain a field. Iris tells you what a field means, what the Home Office expects, and the common mistakes to avoid.
Answer your questions. Ask about the section you are on and Iris responds using Borderless immigration knowledge. If it is not confident, it will tell you and suggest you contact your Borderless team rather than guess.
Suggest answers. Iris can suggest values from your business details, from information you type, and from documents you upload such as a Companies House certificate. You review every suggestion and nothing is written to the form until you click Accept. You can accept one, accept all, or dismiss.
Point you to the right field. When Iris mentions a field, you can tap to locate it and Iris will highlight it and scroll to it on the page.
You stay in control
Iris suggests, you decide. It never fills in or submits the form for you. Every suggested value is shown for you to review, and only saved when you accept it.
Availability
Iris in the form is rolling out gradually, so you may not see it on your account straight away. It is available on sponsor licence forms first, with more form types to follow. It appears for users who can edit the sponsor licence form.
