You now have full control over your notification settings through a dedicated Notification Settings page.
What you can do

Update preferences instantly — no need to save changes
This makes it easier to reduce unwanted emails while still staying informed about important updates.
Types of notifications
You can manage notifications such as:
Case activity updates
Visa expiry alerts
Compliance reports
Daily summaries (email only)
Note: Some notifications are always enabled (for example, when action is required or a document is uploaded), as they are critical to your cases.
Daily Summary Email
The new Daily Summary email provides a simple, once-a-day overview of your cases.
What’s included
All active cases in one place
Cases grouped by type:
CoS requests
Visa applications
Sponsor licence activities
Reported changes
Clear indication of:
Who needs to take action
Recent activity (e.g. updates from the previous day)
Who sees what?
Employers: See all cases across their businesses
Candidates: See their own cases, including dependants
How to enable it
The daily summary is turned off by default, but you can enable it anytime in your notification settings.
