Manage Your Notifications & Stay Updated with Daily Case Summaries

We’ve introduced new notification controls and a daily summary email to give you more visibility and control over your cases.

What’s new?

You can now:

  • Choose exactly which notifications you receive

  • Decide how you receive them (email, in-app, or both)

  • Get a daily overview of all your active cases


Notification Preferences


You now have full control over your notification settings through a dedicated Notification Settings page.

What you can do

  • Turn specific notifications on or off

  • Choose between:

    • Email notifications

    • In-app notifications

    • Both channels

  • Update preferences instantly — no need to save changes

This makes it easier to reduce unwanted emails while still staying informed about important updates.

Types of notifications

You can manage notifications such as:

  • Case activity updates

  • Visa expiry alerts

  • Compliance reports

  • Daily summaries (email only)

Note: Some notifications are always enabled (for example, when action is required or a document is uploaded), as they are critical to your cases.


Daily Summary Email


The new Daily Summary email provides a simple, once-a-day overview of your cases.

What’s included

  • All active cases in one place

  • Cases grouped by type:

    • CoS requests

    • Visa applications

    • Sponsor licence activities

    • Reported changes

  • Clear indication of:

    • Who needs to take action

    • Recent activity (e.g. updates from the previous day)

Who sees what?

  • Employers: See all cases across their businesses

  • Candidates: See their own cases, including dependants

How to enable it

The daily summary is turned off by default, but you can enable it anytime in your notification settings.


Why use these features?

These updates help you:

  • Stay on top of case progress without logging in constantly

  • Reduce unnecessary notifications

  • Quickly identify where action is needed

  • Get a clear, daily snapshot of your workload
