The Home Dashboard is the main landing screen for employers when they log in to Borderless. It provides a high-level summary of your sponsorship activity, helping you stay on top of cases and take action quickly.

📊 What you can see on the Home Dashboard

From the Home screen, employers can view:

Actions required Anything waiting on you, such as information we have asked for on a case

Missing documents Documents still needed on your individuals' profiles

Halo compliance summary Your workforce compliance score at a glance

Recent activity across your cases See the latest updates and actions across your applications

CoS allocation Keep track of how many Certificates of Sponsorship you have available

- Actions required Anything waiting on you, such as information we have asked for on a case
- Missing documents Documents still needed on your individuals' profiles
- Halo compliance summary Your workforce compliance score at a glance
- Recent activity across your cases See the latest updates and actions across your applications
- CoS allocation Keep track of how many Certificates of Sponsorship you have available

If you are still setting up your account, a Continue setup button sits at the top of the page and opens the next step.

The Home Dashboard also gives you quick access to key actions, including:
