If sponsorship does cease earlier than the CoS stated a partial refund is applicable for the Immigration Skills Charge (ISC). This will be automatically triggered when sponsorship is terminated through Borderless. However, the refund is sent to the account that paid it originally.
For example, if Borderless assigned the CoS we will receive the refund and send it onto you.
Please note. It can take up to 6 months for this refund to be processed by the Home Office.
