You can now run reports on your sponsored workforce, your compliance gaps and your fees from inside Borderless, and download each as a CSV. Anything you used to ask us to pull together for you, you can now export yourself.
New: Reports page
Reports is in the left-hand navigation of the employer portal. There are three ready-made reports. Click one to view it on screen, then click Export CSV to download it. Every report shows the date and time it was produced and who ran it, and you only ever see the sites you already have access to in Borderless.
The three reports
Sponsored workers. One row per sponsored individual, with their job, salary, CoS number and dates, visa type and expiry, right to work status and compliance score. It matches the sponsored tab on your Individuals page. Filter by business, site, sponsored status, right to work status or visa type.
Compliance gaps. Every incomplete section, expired document and document expiring in the next 120 days, per person, with the date and the days left or overdue. Filter by business, site, section or state.
Fees and refunds. What you have paid the Home Office and Borderless, and what was refunded, by business and site, with VAT shown per fee. Switch between a layered view and a flat table, and filter by the date a fee was paid. Recent payments can take a few hours to appear.
Search, filters and export
Search and filter any report on screen. Your CSV contains the rows you filtered to, and its heading records the filters used along with your account name, the report name and when it was produced. The CSV opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
