Connect your HR system yourself

You can now connect your HR system to Borderless without a setup call. Go to Settings, then Integrations, to browse the marketplace, search for your provider, and connect in a few clicks. We have added support for Workday, BambooHR and Sage HR, alongside the existing HiBob connection. If your provider is not listed yet, you can register your interest so we know to prioritise it.

Sync the right people, automatically

Once connected, Borderless reads your employee data straight from your HR system, so you no longer keep two sets of records in sync by hand. New sponsored employees come across as draft records for an admin to review and confirm before the individual is created, and duplicate detection stops the same person being added twice. You can filter so that only sponsored employees are brought across, and map the field your HRIS uses to flag sponsorship.

Documents sync and get checked for you

Documents attached to an employee in your HR system are now pulled in on each sync and run through our verification checks. Anything that passes is attached to the record automatically. Anything that needs a second look appears in a Documents review queue, where you can accept it, dismiss it, or request a fresh upload from the employee. A failed document never blocks the rest of your sync, and the employee is only contacted if you choose to request a re-upload.

Keeping track

Every connected integration has a sync log showing what happened on each sync, so admins can see exactly what was created, updated, or flagged.

Getting started

Integrations are available on the Pro and Expert plans and can be managed by account admins. Open Settings, then Integrations, to connect your first system.

Coming next: automatic review of sensitive field changes such as legal name, nationality and date of birth, and a fuller activity feed for every connected integration.
