If our Immigration Advisors have asked you to upload a copy of your eVisa, please follow the steps below.

Your eVisa is your digital immigration status.

✅ Step 1: Log in to Your UKVI Account

  1. Click “View your eVisa and get a share code”

  2. Log in using the details linked to your UKVI account

📸 Step 2: Take a Screenshot of Your eVisa

Once logged in, you will see a page showing:

  • Your full name

  • Your visa type (e.g. Skilled Worker)

  • Your visa expiry date

  • Your immigration status

Take a clear screenshot that shows:

  • Your name

  • Your visa type

  • Your visa expiry date

Make sure all details are clearly readable.

📲 Example of the correct eVisa status page to upload:

✅ Important: We Do NOT Accept Share Codes

🚫 Do not upload a screenshot of your share code.

🚫 Do not upload a “Prove your status” page showing only a share code.

We cannot proceed with a share code alone. You must upload a clear screenshot of your full eVisa status page showing your visa details.

⬆️ Step 3: Upload to Borderless

  1. Log in to your Borderless portal

  2. Go to your visa application

  3. Click 'UK Visa Information"

  4. Upload your eVisa screenshot

⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Uploading a share code instead of the full eVisa page

  • Uploading a blurry or cropped screenshot

  • Uploading a different visa document

We need to see your actual digital visa status page, not the code used to share it.
