The Notifications Centre is a new Borderless feature available to all users, including candidates. It helps you stay informed by surfacing important updates and actions you may need to take.

Updates to the status of immigration cases, including:Changes of circumstance
Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) requests
Visa application updates
Compliance risks or missing documents

Reminders when important documents are nearing expiry
🧭 How to access the Notifications Centre
Log in to the Borderless platform
Click the 🔔 bell icon in the bottom left corner
View all recent notifications in one place
