Candidates
When a visa application has been completed on Borderless, the next stage is billing. You will then be taken to a payments page where you will see all fees due. Once you have completed the payment, the visa will be submitted to Borderless for review and submission.
Employers
You will be billed for all relevant fees when your candidate accepts your sponsorship offer. The exact amount billable will be shown to you before sending the offer to the candidate.
Please note that some government fees are related to the duration of sponsorship and role type (SOC), and so the exact amount due may vary for each person you sponsor. It is therefore important that you check that the sponsorship details are correct before sending the sponsorship offer.
💵 Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in one single payment.
❌ Installments are not available — the full amount will be billed at once.
Ensure funds are available before the CoS is assigned to avoid delays.
📄 Viewing Your Invoices
You can view invoices and payment details at any time by visiting the ‘Payments’ tab on the platform.
From there, you can:
