Moving to the Borderless 2.0 FAQs

Welcome to Borderless 2.0! Below are answers to some of the most common questions to help you through the transition.

🚧 What happens to my in-progress sponsorships?

Any in-flight sponsorships will remain on the original platform for tracking.
As soon as the visas are granted, the cases will automatically move to the new platform - no action needed on your part!

🧹 Does my data get lost?

No - your data is safe. All essential information has been transferred securely.
If you notice anything missing, don’t worry - contact [email protected] and we will look into this for you.

💸 Will I be charged more for this?

No! There are no extra costs involved in moving to the new platform. It’s part of your Borderless experience - just better and faster.

🛠️ I'm missing data — how do I get help?

If you’re missing data or spot anything that doesn’t look right, please reach out to [email protected]. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve it.

🕓 What’s the cut-off period for the transfer?

All customers will be migrated by 30th June. After this date, the new platform will be your go-to for managing sponsorships and employee data.

👥 How do I add new colleagues to the app?

To add a new team member to your company’s Borderless account, just follow the steps outlined in this help article.

🔐 How do I log in?

The login process is exactly the same as the original platform:

  1. Enter your email address

  2. We’ll send you a PIN code

  3. Enter the PIN to log in!

🔑 Will my password and login stay the same?

Yes! You’ll use the same email and PIN-based login as before. No need to remember new credentials.
