What is Case Document Upload?
Case Document Upload allows employers and candidates to securely upload documents directly to an active case in Borderless. This makes it easy to share information with the Borderless team without needing to send documents by email.
Whenever a new document is added, all relevant users are automatically notified.
🧭 How to upload documents to a case
Log in to the Borderless platform
Open the relevant case e.g. visa application or CoS request
Navigate to the Case Documents section
Upload the required document(s)
Once uploaded, the documents will be immediately available to the Borderless team.

You’ll receive a notification whenever a new document is uploaded to the case
This helps everyone stay aligned and act quickly when new information is shared
