Borderless

Case Document Upload allows employers and candidates to securely upload documents directly to an active case in Borderless. This makes it easy to share information with the Borderless team without needing to send documents by email.

Whenever a new document is added, all relevant users are automatically notified.

Open the relevant case e.g. visa application or CoS request

Navigate to the Case Documents section

1. Log in to the Borderless platform
2. Open the relevant case e.g. visa application or CoS request
3. Navigate to the Case Documents section
4. Upload the required document(s)

Once uploaded, the documents will be immediately available to the Borderless team.

For a Change of Circumstance, Case documents is for viewing only. Upload documents through the report form when you report the change, or inside the request form if we have asked you for more information. Everything you upload that way still appears in Case documents.
