Borderless makes it easy to schedule and conduct interviews directly through the platform. Here's how to manage the entire process:
✅ Scheduling an Interview
Log in to your Borderless account.
Navigate to the Candidates section.
Select the candidate you’d like to interview.
Click “Suggest Interview” and choose a suitable date and time.
Once the candidate confirms the time, both parties will receive a Google Calendar invite via email.
🎥 Joining the Interview
On the day of the interview:
Log in to your Borderless account.
Go to the Interviews section.
Click on the candidate’s name.
Hit “Join Interview” to launch the video interview directly in the platform.
📝 Taking Notes
During the interview, you can take live notes within the platform.
These notes will be automatically saved and can be viewed later by:
Going to the Candidate section.
Clicking on the relevant candidate's profile.
Reviewing the notes under the Interview tab.
